CENTRAL PUBLIC SCHOOL is an English medium, co-educational, Senior Secondary School, situated at a centrally located area in Adityapur, Jamshedpur. It was established in 2005, was affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education up to secondary level in 2007 and up to Senior Secondary level in 2009. The curriculum prescribed by the CBSE is followedhere and SCIENCE and COMMERCE streams are taught in the plus two classes. Besides, the students are encouraged in the field of Sports, Music, Fine Arts and Performing Arts.

Beginning with a meagre strength of 40-45 students, the school today houses more than 1500 students and the number is increasing every year. Within the short span of a few years CPS has made its mark for quality education and careful guidance.
